Oberbit provides a QR code-based ordering system that allows customers to:

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

• Order acceptance is subject to restaurant availability and policies
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason
• Order modifications may not be possible after submission

4.2 Pricing and Payment

• All prices are set by restaurant partners and displayed in local currency
• Prices include applicable taxes and service charges where indicated
• Payment is processed securely through third-party payment processors
• You authorize us to charge your selected payment method

4.3 Refunds and Cancellations

• Refund policies are determined by individual restaurant partners
• Cancellations may not be possible after order confirmation
• We will facilitate refunds in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws
• Processing fees may apply to refunded transactions

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Transmit malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Create false or misleading orders
• Harass or abuse restaurant staff or other users
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Oberbit and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

7. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party services including:

• Payment Processors: Stripe, Square, and other payment providers
• Restaurant Partners: Independent businesses providing food services
• Analytics Services: For service improvement and analytics

These third parties have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices or services.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8.2 Food Quality and Safety

We are not responsible for food quality, safety, preparation, or delivery. Restaurant partners are solely responsible for their food products and services.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OBERBIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oberbit, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Privacy

11. Termination
